RENTAL POLICY

RENTAL RATES

  • All listed rates are daily rental rates

  • Pickups are before 4 pm and returns are within 24 hours. This is considered a single day.

  • Returns must be before 12 pm. If running late, please call us in advance.

  • Weekly rentals are considered a 3-day charge

  • Weekend rentals, pick-up on Friday and return on Monday. This is a single day charge.

RESERVATIONS CANCELLATIONS

  • Call in advance to reserve equipment.

  • Failure to cancel any order can result in a daily charge.

ACCEPTED IDENTIFICATION

  • Valid driver’s license or passport

ACCEPTED CREDIT CARDS

  • American Express, MasterCard, Visa

INSURANCE

  • All rented equipment must be insured either by a security deposit or certificate of insurance

  • Client supplying their own insurance have to indicate BEARR Inc. as insured/loss payees.

CREDIT CARD AUTHORIZATION

  • First time customer, the cardholder must appear in person and provide valid identification.

  • The applicant must entirely fill out and sign the COD and Credit Card Authorization.

  • BEARR Inc. accepts a credit card for security if the replacement value is under $10,000. Any order with replacement over $10,000 must provide a certificate of insurance.

SECURITY DEPOSITS

  • Credit card/Cash deposit for the full value of equipment replacement

Or

  • A certificate of Insurance and a credit card is required to cover any deductible and to guarantee complete rental payment.

PRIOR TO PICKING EQUIPMENT

  • Full Payment is required prior to renting.

SECURITY DEPOSIT RETURNS

  • A security deposit is released after a full inspection.

  • Some banks take several days to release funds.

ORDERS OVER THE PHONE

  • When the authorized cardholder is not present to sign off the rental. We must have a readable copy of the cardholder’s driver license, credit card, and fully completed BEARR Inc. agreements by the authorized cardholder prior to renting.

CERTIFICATE OF INSURANCE

  • BEARR Inc. named loss payee

  • A credit card is required to cover complete insurance deductible and rental fees.

  • Coverage includes all of the rented equipment

  • All documents are verified and approved prior to equipment release

DAMAGE, LOSS, THEFT

  • Renters are charged for daily rental rates of lost or stolen equipment until BEARR Inc. is fully reimbursed.

SHIPPING

  • We suggest shipping at least 48 hours in advance. Shipping can be hard on equipment and out of our control.

  • In the event a malfunction, the renter is responsible for transportation and lost rental costs.

  • Rented equipment shipment must be prepaid by customer

  • Customer must prepay for return shipping and mark BEARR Inc. as the delivery recipient

  • BEARR Inc. is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier. In the event, such delays occur, the renter is responsible for all transportation and rental fees.

LAMPS

  • We charge for missing/broken lamps

  • No charge if burn-out lamps are returned
